Established in year 2012, hospital is named after Dr. Keshav Baliram Hedgewar, who was a prominent figure in the Indian freedom struggle and the founder of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh. The hospital is known for providing high-quality medical care and services to patients in a wide range of specialties, including cardiology, neurology, orthopedics, and more.


Brand Identity Design

Begined from just 5 specilities but today upscaled into a most advance multispeciality

delivering excellence in healthcare. Identity design for the same was a challenge as it would represent the healthcare service journey of more than a decade. The logo is a pictogram of butterfly with healthcare + in its core negative space it symbolises the most advanced stage of metaorphism accompanied with custom wordmark.


Strategy Framework

Being Charitable is easy to be misunderstood as ineffective, low quality, also the team always attaches itself to meagre and limited mindset. A refreshing new identity was a strategic move towards launch of a state of art ICU unit and get the internal midset alligned with the excellence and audience feel the comfort of best services at their disposal.


Strategic Data Synthesis

Operating in a smalltown, orderly documentation of services and their results is alot to expect. Developing a system to help document and bifurcate current data to communicate the impact and efforts of the organisation for design of trustworthy donation pitch document.


Communication Design

Documenting the challenges and stories gathered accross series of workshops in the most transparent and engaging way to communicate the honest efforts of Doctors and Helthcare Workers. We developed the systems to empower the team to engage in the proactive documentation activities like photography, content writing, knowledge sharing, capapcity building, etc.


Strategic Brand Execution

Brand Building is not a overnight activity so to keep all the brand touchpoints under scrutiny. we conduct monthly brand audit workshops to keep every activity effective with desired outputs to achieve goals.
