Tathey Realty, a renowned builder and developer firm based in Amravati, Maharashtra. Our team had the privilege of designing a captivating brochure for their flagship project, Advik One, while strategically incorporating Tathey Realty's brand identity. This synthesis not only highlights the unique features of Advik One but also reinforces the overall brand identity of Tathey Realty.


Identity Design:

As part of the brand identity design for Tathey Realty, our team created a distinctive logo featuring a bird and nest, symbolizing the meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail exhibited by weaver birds. This logo serves as the visual representation of Tathey Realty's commitment to building homes with care and precision. The bird and nest logo exudes a sense of harmony, innovation, and connection with nature, reflecting the core values of Tathey Realty.


Brochure Design:

For the Advik One brochure, our team strategically followed the established brand identity guidelines of Tathey Realty. This ensured consistency and cohesiveness throughout the marketing materials. The brochure showcases the unique aspects and luxurious features of the Advik One project, incorporating the bird and nest logo, typography, color palette, and design elements from Tathey Realty's brand identity.
